For more than 30 years, real estate has been my life's work, first abroad and now here in Waterloo Region. Over three decades I've seen markets rise and cool and change, and I've learned what matters most: honest advice, careful negotiation, and treating every client's move as if it were my own family's.
Like many of the families I work with, I'm an immigrant. I know what it's like to arrive with big hopes and a lot of questions: how credit works here, which lenders will work with a newcomer, what a fair offer looks like, and which neighbourhood will feel like home. That experience shapes everything I do.
Today I help newcomers, first-time buyers, investors and growing families buy and sell homes across Waterloo, Kitchener and Cambridge, in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
